Description
Your key task:
Support for the team and clients in using the application as well as verification and solving reported problems.
Role:
- technical support of the team and clients in solving reported problems
- verifying, clarifying and solving support requests
- independent work as part of a team
- participation in scrum ceremonies (daily, planning, review, retro, refinement)
Requirements:
- very good English Language verbal and written communication
- basic, but practical knowledge around webdevelopment PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, WordPress
- ability to plan, track and report the status of the deliverables
- ability to perform manual tests of web applications and REST API (e.g. with Postman)
- working knowledge of database concepts and SQL (preferably MySQL or PostgreSQL)
- empathetic approach and looking for solutions instead of problems
- ability to express thoughts clearly, explain difficult issues and obtain the necessary information
- ability to work both in a team and independently
Nice to have: degree in technical field, ISTQB, experience in Customer or Technical Support Role
