Your key task:

Support for the team and clients in using the application as well as verification and solving reported problems.


  • technical support of the team and clients in solving reported problems
  • verifying, clarifying and solving support requests
  • independent work as part of a team
  • participation in scrum ceremonies (daily, planning, review, retro, refinement)


  • very good English Language verbal and written communication
  • basic, but practical knowledge around webdevelopment PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, WordPress
  • ability to plan, track and report the status of the deliverables
  • ability to perform manual tests of web applications and REST API (e.g. with Postman)
  • working knowledge of database concepts and SQL (preferably MySQL or PostgreSQL)
  • empathetic approach and looking for solutions instead of problems
  • ability to express thoughts clearly, explain difficult issues and obtain the necessary information
  • ability to work both in a team and independently

Nice to have: degree in technical field, ISTQB, experience in Customer or Technical Support Role
