Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a programmer with commercial experience in building applications based primarily on object code in PHP version 7.x

What do we expect?

• knowledge of PHP in the latest versions 7.x;
• logical and creative thinking;
• knowledge of the principles of object-oriented design;
• at least good knowledge of databases, both relational ones like PostgreSQL or MySQL and non-relational ones like MongoDB;
• knowledge of REST API rules;
• knowledge of GIT;
• at least basic skills in navigating in the Linux console;
• knowledge of English at a level that allows you to understand technical documentation.

What will be the additional advantage?

• knowledge of PHP frameworks, e.g. Slim, Symfony, Phalcon;
• knowledge of DDD;
• ability to use Docker;
• the ability to use Elasticsearch or Grafana;
• knowledge of clean code rules and PSR rules;
• high personal culture and willingness to promote knowledge and help others.

Who are we and how do we work?

• we currently create a team of approximately 40 developers and testers, consisting of frontend and backend specialists;
• our experienced team of project managers and analysts who take care of communication with the client and collecting business requirements is a great support in everyday work;
• we use PHPStorm, developer servers or dockers for everyday work;
• the installation process of our projects is fully automated thanks to our own Continuous Development, which consists of elements such as code review approval, checking the code sniffer, automatic tests and uploading the application to the development server - so that after a few minutes it is ready for testing or everyday work;
• we implement interesting projects that are created with us from scratch and we select technologies for them ourselves;
• we do regular project meetings, such as kickoff, daily or retro;
• we regularly meet with our superiors and together we evaluate the progress of our own and team work. At such meetings, we also discuss the next stages of your development.
