IT Analyst with German

We are looking for a person, which speaks German at least at B2 level and would like to do a first step to start IT career

Our modern and comfortable office is located in Poznan near to Rail station " Poznań Główny" (main station)

We don' t need any experience in IT, so if You thought about start Your career in this is industry is great place to: learn new things in IT, have opportunity to demonstrate Your language skills, work in international environment, cooperate with large German brands.

Project length: indefinite

Type of contract: employment contract ( first 3 months’ probation period, then indefinite employment contract)

Project scope:

1 st line support for internal Clients ( large German brands)

Technical support via mail, phone and ticket's system according to the procedures and in human - centric orientation

Troubleshooting technical defects with computer, office environment, desktop applications

Cooperation with 2 nd line support in case of difficult request

Preparing documentation and reports in internal system

Basic requirements:

Basic knowledge about using computers, desktop application, Microsoft Office

German language at least at B2 level ( it is necessary to make full conversation with clients and team members)

Motivation to learn new things and gain new skills in IT

Can - do attitude and good communication skills
