Web Developer

Work location: Sandomierz

We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative and driven Developer to work as part of a Global Development Team. The team consists of approx. 6 resources from Japan and the UK, responsible for managing projects across the globe for NSG Group.

The Global Development Team is responsible for creating, enhancing and supporting bespoke web solutions for use within an industry leading CMS to meet business or market requirements. Developers are often contributing to multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, with business sponsors from different sectors and a cross-region project team.

The main areas of accountability are to:

· Creating, enhancing and supporting complex web solutions for use within an industry leading CMS to meet business or market requirements

· Managing deliverables (support/ change requests/ projects) in line with Team priorities and KPIs to support the team's strategy

· Responsibility for the quality, standardization and supportability of the projects they work on, ensuring team methodologies/styles/frameworks are adhered to for knowledge sharing with the wider team or business

· Possessing and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and evolving trends to ensure the team is constantly maturing

· Ensuring the platforms is supported, optimized and capacity managed in accordance with our internal and contractual requirements

The candidate for this position should meet the requirements:

· 4 years (or more) experience in web development

· A very good level of English (written and verbal)

· Excellent programming skills in C#, .NET (Core preferable), MVC, front end languages (HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS3)

· Communicate effectively, and to the correct level of detail, with different people or roles in the project team/management structure

· Able to work across multiple time zones/languages and thrive in a global team environment

· Desirable skills but not essential: Experience in: SOLID development principles, Azure DevOps/CICD, Git, CMS, UX/UI, graphic design, knowledge of UI frameworks such as Bootstrap
