Job Description

Scope of work includes (but is not limited to):

• Managing the daily activities of company WAN, LAN and WLAN infrastructure
• Responsible for installation, administration, and testing of network equipment and software
• Assisting the Senior Network Engineer with developing, monitoring, and implementing network policies and procedures
• Close co-operation with IT Support Team on investigating and debugging network related issues
• Monitoring the ticket queue to provide support with network-related requests
• Preparing documentation, drawing network diagrams

Qualifications

• Network knowledge and experience at CCNA level
• Knowledge about advanced routing would be a plus: BGP, route-maps, prefix-lists, routing redistribution
• Knowledge about High Availability solutions
• Basic knowledge about network security: stateful firewalls, access-lists, Network Access Control (NAC)
• Basic knowledge about VPNs: SSL VPN, Site-2-Site VPN
• Basic knowledge about Windows Server services: DHCP, NPS, DNS
• Experience in working with one of the following vendors: Cisco, Extreme, Fortinet
• Good spoken and written English
• Good communication skills
• Good learning skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Independence and proactive approach
