Currently, for our client operating in automotive industry we are looking for:

Help Desk Specialist

Localization: Jawor



Requirements:

  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Advanced/Fluent English



Responsibilities:

  • 1st Line Support
  • Supporting the applications that are used on the production line
  • Assigning tickets that can’t be resolved to 2nd Line Support
  • Ability to communicate with 2nd Line Support
  • Work in shifts (after the onboarding period)
  • *Fluent english is a must - 2nd Line Support speaks English only
